Eiffel tower

The Eiffel tower is a tourist attraction for people all over the world. It was named after Gustave Eiffel. It is located in in Paris, France. Stephen Sauvestre was the main architect in charge of the Eiffel Tower. There were around 50 other engineers, 100 iron workers and 121 construction workers working on construction of the Eiffel Tower. It is used as a radio broadcasting tower and observation tower.


The Eiffel tower was first planned out around 1884. It took around two years and two months to build. It was built during the years of 1887-1889.It was named after one the most influential people in its construction, a contractor,enginner,architect and showman by the name of Gustave Eiffel.
